Printables Orders and Subscription Management

How can I see my printable order?

You will receive an email after you complete your order for printables.  Be sure to keep this email!  This email will have a link in it to download your printables.  If you do not see the email in your inbox, it may have gone into your junk or spam folder.  You will want to mark out email as safe in your email provider so you will continue to receive the email confirmations with your download link.

At this time, the only way you will receive the link to the printables you order is through email.  We are working on an order history library that will show all links to your downloadable products, and hopefully, that will be available in the future.

It is your responsibility to keep the emails with the links to download the printables  you have ordered.  This is the only way you will be able to retrieve your downloadable purchases.

How can I check my order status?

Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. 

How do I track an order?

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Click on the order you would like and under the Product title, you will see when it was shipped and a tracking number for that order

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription before the 1st of the month, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged or receive any further shipments.
If you cancel on or after the 1st of the month, you will be charged and receive that months box and then your subscription will be cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and manage your subscription from there.
